ASSIGNMENT 5-STILL LIFE

   Self portrait-I  have enjoyed teaching p.e. for

   years. Light was flourescent from above.

   Self portrait-participated in sports for a long

   time. Lighting was natural through a window.

   The background of floor and wall-that's

   where the kids practice.

Personal-letters to my great grandmother in

1921.  Lighting was from a lamp to the right

of the set up.

Self-portrait. I love to travel and the background

is snow! This is why and when I like to travel-

preferably to a southern beach.  Lighting was

natural on an overcast day.

    Theme-mortality. I thought maybe these would

    be items the two people buried here may have

    used.  Light is natural from the back at dusk.

   Theme-mortality. The tv screen is the back-
   ground as I feel screens have killed the way
   families spent time in the past. The items are on
   a card table as that is where we used to sit
   around and play.

   Mortality is once again the theme as these were
   all things that brought back memories of my
   dad. The lighting was an incadescent held above
   the table.

    Theme-lack of mortality. I found him in the
    graveyard looking almost as though he was
    stuffed-possibly grave decor for a hunter
    who has already passed to the "happy
    hunting grounds". This one successfully made
    it through another hunting season. Natural

   and liked the colors of this old Deere.
